Pacific Tech Safety
“When it comes to safety “Only Perfect is Close Enough.”
Pacific Tech counts on our workers and we want and expect that our employees put safety above every other priority on the job site. We work to actively encourage safety on the job site at every step, from project development to closeout. We look for ways to approach the project that keep our workers safe with engineering controls, construction methods, and specialized equipment. Post award, we dissect the job and create Site Specific Safety and Health Plans that address each definable feature of work and outline the best and safest way to approach the work that keeps our workers, building occupants, and passersby out of harms way.
Pacific Tech Safety Training
Every Employee has "Stop Work Authority."
As construction work begins, we not only staff each project with on-site management that has undergone extensive safety training, but we also empower each of our employees with the “Stop Work Authority.” Stop work authority provides each of our workers with the right and responsibility to stop any work that might put them, their fellow worker, or anyone else associated with the project at risk.”

Our first and last priority is everyone goes home safely at the end of the day.bottom line. It is a means of impacting our community and the community around our projects in a positive way, shaping environments, lives, and futures.
We believe that our organization is a direct reflection of our personnel. For that reason, we consciously seek out and develop individuals that are professional, goal-driven, dedicated, passionate, and confident about providing our customers with a great service and consistently excellent, cost effective solutions. We believe that our construction projects should be a positive reflection of both Pacific Tech’s reputation and that of our clients’.
Our team is comprised not only of our own personnel, but also those outside of our organization, including customers, subcontractors, and end-users. Our personnel will encourage respect and collaboration through their own empathy and respect for the rest of the team. Our team members will spend the time and effort needed to ensure the success of the entire team at the expense of personal interests and egos.
