We were founded in 1995 in a small community in Southwest Washington and have grown to become one of the region’s premier small-business contractors, with experience performing projects for a diverse range of federal, state and local government clients, fortune 500 companies, as well as commercial, manufacturing, processing, and other industrial clients. Project Manager

Our Project Managers are the client-facing component of our management staff. They are responsible for every aspect of a project’s performance including the performance of their direct reports, subcontractors, consultants, Pacific Tech employees, and any other parties under Pacific Tech’s management. Superintendent

Our Superintendents are our management staff with the most connection to the actual construction activities that are occurring on the jobsite. Consequently, a Superintendent’s roles and responsibilities are largely associated with ensuring that the project runs as smoothly as possible and that all issues are quickly and efficiently dealt with. The Superintendent will report to their direct supervisor, the Project Manager, and will ensure that the Project Manager is kept apprised of all issues, both positive and negative that are occurring on the project. They will also be responsible for the daily coordination of construction activities on the jobsite. This will require extensive interaction and planning that involves all subcontractors, consultants, Pacific Tech employees and any other personnel that are under Pacific Tech’s management. Our Superintendents are also directly responsible for propagating and encouraging Pacific Tech’s core values of Safety, Commitment, and Team on every job-site that they manage.

Site Safety & Health Officer

Our Site Safety & Health Officers a vital presence on our job sites as they are responsible for potentially the most important aspect of on-site job management, safety. Site Safety & Health Officers provide both a resource and an inspection and enforcement element on each of our job sites. Their primary responsibility is to develop and enforce the Site Specific Safety & Health Plan, which is tailored to address the specific construction activities and location associated with the project to which they are assigned. At the end of the day, they are responsible for ensuring that our personnel, subcontractors, consultants, clients, end-users, and anyone else who might be on the site or impacted by activities occurring in conjunction with the project are safe from harm. The Site Safety & Health Officer is one of the most important positions in the company in terms of encouraging our core values of Safety, Commitment, and Team, and they serve an indispensable role in the company by protecting our most valued resource, our construction personnel. Quality Control Manager
