This month we are recognizing Lance Rafn! He has been roofing for Pacific Tech for over 8 years. He actually started working for our company before he was 18 years old and has stuck with us ever since. Something he likes about his job is the people he works with. To him, his coworkers are his extended family! In his free time, Lance enjoys playing video games and taking his truck out into the woods. Lance was born and raised right here in Kelso. As for family, he and his girlfriend have two children, the youngest just born three weeks ago! Thanks for your hard work, Lance! We appreciate all you do for Pac Tech.
